2 days of PH are over, most people are back to their office desks.

These few nights no matter how much I slept also still feel lethargic..how come le...Maybe is a sign of me getting older.oh dear

Oh Yah, Me n Alex went to the HongBao River last night at Marina Bay,actually is the exact spot where the National Day Parade was held, prior to that the ground is not flat plus with my heels haa..a little difficult to walk around.

Anyway I liked this year decorations over there,seems a little different from the past years. Pretty crowded but I expected more people lor, got this feeling that lesser and lesser people spend the time outside.Even Chinatown is not as packed even during the festive seasons like CNY.

So fast, the 2 public holidays are over..haiz.I feel that this Chinese New Year is very different for me, other than the usual visiting that we normally practice, it is the first time for Me n Alex to visit each other family for this occasion.

This afternoon we went to watch the movie "大喜事". Well intended to watch another movie but cause of the timing, we chose this. Surprisingly, this movie is better than what I expected. Normally is a norm for singaporeans to think that local productions are not as fantastic and "high class" as hollywood productions lor. But this is rather subjective though.
While watching this movie, I wonder in real life, are Fann Wong and Christopher Lee that loving and protrayed such what we see in the movie,It seems so real..haaa

HAPPY NIU YEAR!!!

Very busy day today...Went to 5 places for visiting.. Collected my Ang Baos!Haven counted yet haaa...
Somemore I didn't sleep very well last night, came home at abt 3am, so I am a bit tired n sleepy lo.

I love the pink dress that I wore for today's visiting but no idea why it is a little loose at the when i wear it, i remembered the cutting was just nice weird..

I really dislike relatives asking me what job am I doing etc, obviously I am jobless..haiz I try to keep my answer short n sweet as possible..Hate all these entertaining..

So far,I did not gamble much, actually I don't really like it a lot cause everyone likes to gamble big...I am not a big risk taker haaa....

Yesterday was a happy day for me.I can accompany dear dear at his house and we managed to clear 3 dvds which is 9 espiodes of 射雕英雄传,going to complete soon jiayou..
Plus we both finally get our running shoes at Queensway Shopping Centre. I bought my pair of nike shoes at $101.not expensive lo..

Frankly, this is the first time I really watched 武侠小说. In the past, I don't know why pp can get hooked to the novel and I can never understand those characters names and those 招述 etc..
Paiseh dear for asking you to tell me more of the story and characters..
But I am still very lazy to read the novel. heee...

Later today will go to my grandma's house with my parents for 团园饭.

A satisfied yet tiring friday

Today really out for one whole day. Woke up at 7 plus, went to Maxwell Market to eat porridge and fried tofu with dear dear.
About 11 plus accompany dear to open the trading account.
I guess the breakfast is rather heavy, so we skipped lunch, but I was tempted to eat something light so I bought 2 donuts..not that fantastic actually, realised it was too sweet..

Afternoon, we went to the Liang Court Ktv, the place really impressed me. It is very big and spacious, especially the wide corridor..goodness. The sound system is not bad lo..

We settled our dinner at one of the Tampopo japanese resturant at Liang Court, reasonably priced and I love it. Got chance I will come again.hee..

Although the whole day is very tiring but I really enjoyed today to the fullest because for a long time we have not accompanied each other outside from morning breakfast to night..


Have 2 upcoming interviews on next wednesday...wish me luck!!

Busy piggy

Kinda busy today, I changed and washed my bed sheet, polish the doors with lemon pledge..shiny shiny heee... Also went to Hougang Mall Watsons and Guardian to run some errands.

I have been trying to learn new chinese songs. Right now I am learning Liang Wen Ying new song. Also managed to search for Boa video clips on You Tube.She released english singles, her voice is still so powerful man, love her so much..Her new song is call Eat You Up.
Jolin Tsai also released english album but she re sing other english artists' songs..no originality..

Have an interview this evening at Toa Payoh Hdb Hub. Sometimes a bit lazy to flip the newspapers for jobs heee...I think only after new year will have more response ba..

Tomorrow and Saturday will be 2 whole busy days..tonight better try to rest earlier..

Just another wednesday

Woke up with a heavy head and a slight headache.So sian..but after I rested for a while, I felt much better.

No interviews today, seriously for a long time I have so much free time, feel very lost at first, don't know how to pass my time.Yesterday I took almost an hour to update my resume, I decided I should write more detailed.

No mood to go out today, plus who is free in the afternoon, everyone's working. I really miss going to work lor and everyday have to lunch on my own.

I found out this website while net surfing, it can print greeting cards as well as e cards, very cool right. http://www.netfuncards.com/. I still have not search for hong kong serials, still on the lookout.

A crappy Interview

This morning while I get myself ready to leave my house, guess what? I received a call from Recruit Express Mr J saying that I will have to do test during the Interview and he had forgotten to tell me yesterday. What the f****!!Well not that I may be fully prepared but at least a courtesy to inform before hand.
Anyway the 2 questions are on basic accounting, I don't think I fare well, I just vaguely recalled what I know. I am not worrying, just have to wait for reply, on the other hand continue my job searching and waiting for calls.

Somehow I am rather disappointed with Recruit Express coz I find that they have no ethics and not professional enough..

Done nothing fantastic today, surf the net, check mails and look for shows to watch online..

Great I will have a new washing machine which will arrive tomorrow night because this current one time line is up already, we have been using it for more than 10 yrs..

Yeah, another 2 more days I will meet up with my dear dear..Miss u..

First Week w/o work

Days without having to work seems very weird somehow, i guess it is a routine to report to work .Anyway now i will use some time to do my own things. Everyday i will jot down what i wanna do for the day..Well it is also good for me to have some rest before I resume work.

Apparently I have a list of stuffs to do on hand:
(1) Miss Kee aka maria to do house work
(2) Job hunting as usual
(3) Reading up some materials for upcoming Bangkok Trip
(4) Getting Alex's bdae Gift
(5) A pair of Running Shoes/Walking Shoes

Exactly a week to chinese new year, i will take this opportunity to have a mini gathering with my cousins, have not really talked to them for a quite a while.
Thinking back, since now I am jobless, I will have much more free time so i guess that 2 days of public holidays will not make much difference to me.
I really want a job. I do feel a little demoralised and worried. Only those who been in the same situation as me can understand.You thought u get the job then tada, get retrenched...
Somehow there is no drive...haiz

悠闲 的 星期六

The red cliff 2 is nice..worth the money spent. This movie featured very detailed war scenes, indeed a good plot.

Thinking back, I joined the ktv club for a year already and I made a few good buddies over there and of course I knew my bf from there as well..keke..

Phew, I am glad I have done some spring cleaning for my rooms, but every time got dusts here and there..so irritating.. driving me crazy...Only a week away from chinese new year, to me just 2 official public holidays..also catching up with "relatives", gambling and watching shows...oh yah, not forgetting the red packets!Collect them while I still have the privileges.

After chinese new year, I have to start getting my dear dear birthday present..头痛 阿.. Also continue searching for jobs, hopefully before that i have found one.

Going to shower now and getting ready to go out soon..tata

It's Friday!!

Woke up at 9 plus and in 1 hr I received many calls from Recruit Express, updating me on job offers. Well, I will try my best for any interviews along the way although no gurantee if pp wanna hire me haa..
Watched some tv shows then surf the net..for a long time, I have not been so relaxed.yeah...

Anyway today is friday, so I don't want to stress myself and enjoy my weekend. I managed to learn some new songs like

I promised that i will post some photos them here. Tada...these are my 2 new dresses..




My upcoming Bangkok Trip with Alex and friends are confirmed..Yippe!! Finally can travel overseas. Have not been to Bangkok for close to 9 years..Looking forward!!

Last day@Philips

One more day to friday...yippee!!!Finally Alex & I are going to catch the Red Cliff 2 movie. Hope the sequel is not disappointing,hee..anyway i will keep my fingers cross.

Yesterday i had dinner at Swensens with someone who i have not met for 10 years. Woah..She is my tutor in my schooling days.Back then i am her student and now we are friends,I am glad that she still remembers me. Briefly updated each other on our lives and work, she mentioned to me that she works with exchange programs students and at the same time can meet different counterparts from all over the world.I guess is fun to work with youngsters.cool.. Furthermore this working environment is very different from private sectors and mncs.
Well, we both had our fair share of stories related to work. Dunnoe why, I am looking forward to our next meet up!!

Thinking back, really all thanks to facebook. We can see the latest updates of your own friends even though we don't get to see them regularly. I am hooked to it already haaaa. i even prefer it more than friendster.

Since today it is my last day at work, i will slack haaa...as if when since i didn't do so...haaa..
I will take a short break while sourcing for jobs available..

Finally mid of the week!!

My blog still looks very plain correct?bear with me, i will improve on it. Meanwhile still learning how to maintain my blog, post pictures etc etc.. Gambatte!!

What to do, due to my limited IT knowledge,I have to seek for online help and learn slowly.I am rather free now so can afford more time to maintain my blog.. it is also a method for me to learn how to express my feelings and thoughts for the day. Can help to relief stress tooo haaa...

Chinese new year is around the corner which means spring cleaning for my 2 rooms.. I feel so relieved to discard unwanted stuff that is hogging up space in my rooms.What an accomplishment!! As if i have done something great but if I dun get anything done,my dad will start to nag and nag haaaa... no peace man.. Meanwhile i found my collection of hello kitty and pooh bears.Occupying my cupboard space, shld i give them away??

I had 2 dresses for new year,one of which is given to me as a x'mas gift from my dear.Thankew. The other is a pink dress which i bought from Bishan Junction 8 and it is only 40 bucks..cheap right

1st day of my blog

It is another brand new year again.Quite a number of changes have taken place in my life. Work ,love life, perception of things in life etc..
As a person grows older, mindset tends to be differ, perhaps in a more realistic way.

Work has never been smooth these couple of months, i thought at last i have managed to find a stable job, but who knows shortly after a month, i was faced with retrenchment.So demoralising.. It was very sudden, I have no choice but to face the fact. What to do times are hard, everyone is worrying for their own rice bowls, I guess I am not the only one out there searching for jobs. This way i feel more relieved heee..

To me work is not everything, my love ones and friends mean a lot to me as well. Especially my dear, thanks for always supporting and loving me.Knowing him has made me learn that in a relationship really needs a lot of accomodation and concern for each other. You are part of my life dear..

Recently i finally see clearly what true friends are. When i really need their help and listening ear, they are really there for me. On the other hand, I am pretty disappointed with 2 of my close buds after knowing them for more than 10 yrs. Can you imagine what response I get when I text them messages occasionally.Either no response at all or the answer i get is very rude. I really do not want to regard them as my friends anymore.
